Salary: $11/hour (Weekdays) ; +$2/hour (Weekends & Public Holidays)

• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Operating the POS system for efficient payment processing and receipt issuance.
• Upsell and promote daily specials, new products and ongoing promotions.
• Handle customers’ complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
• Operate the bread slicer machine safely and efficiently to slice bread.
• Ensure all products are displayed attractively and are fully stocked throughout the day.
• Maintain the sales counter, display cases, other shop areas are clean, tidy and organized at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and supporting various ad-hoc duties.
