NCF Living is recruiting for an Ambitious Part Time Sales Advisor to join our dynamic and motivated team based in our Glasgow store.

As a Part Time Sales Advisor at NCF Living, customer service will be at the forefront of your mind contributing to the success of our 4.8 Trustpilot rating. You will be guiding customers to help find furniture that makes their house a home.

As the motivated Part Time Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Interaction: You will be forming a rapport with your customers and providing an excellent service. Greeting customers and providing advice to each customer and making them feel welcome.
  • Product Knowledge: As the Sales Advisor, you will demonstrate and sell our products but be confident and knowledgeable about the products we offer.
  • Store Maintenance: We pride ourselves on a presentable and a clean showroom, which contributes to a successful customer experience.
  • Team Player: You will hold our core values with you across all aspects of your role. If we all pull into the same direction, you will be able to achieve your targets. Creating a positive and healthy working environment for you and your peers
  • Sales: You will be achieving sales targets which will include upselling products

As the Part Time Sales Advisor, you will have:

  • Previous experience within a Sales role (Preferably from the furniture industry)
  • Flexible work

Job Type: Permanent, Part Time
Working Schedule: This role would be working 20 to 24 hours per week over 3 days
(Weekend flexibility required)
