REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES

· Upbeat, passionate, friendly, and optimistic
· Some retail experience preferably in apparel
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers
· Ability to understand the customers needs
· Flexible availability
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
· Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (boxes, clothing, mannequins, fixtures, etc.) for a short distance
· Ability to climb a ladder and step stool
· Ability to lift heavy items up to 40lbs

· Strive to achieve and exceed your personal sales goals which directly contributes to the stores weekly and monthly sales goals
· Keep current on our product and services updates
· Display a “customer comes first” attitude. Ensuring that customer loyalty is continuously being built and maintained.
· Greet all customers who enter the store with enthusiasm, passion, and professionalism.
· Be a team player and contribute to the store’s success
· Perform POS (point of sales transactions) and merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments, replenishments, markdowns, and fitting room upkeep
· Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the dress code and image guidelines
· Control loss prevention through our exceptional customer service and in store awareness
