Armour’s Meats is looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented person to join our team! This part-time position offers hands-on experience in both the retail and production sides of our local meat shop. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and take pride in quality and customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

• Vacuum sealing and labeling fresh meat products
• Assisting with retail sales and customer service
• Light administrative tasks such as order prep and inventory updates
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work areas
  · Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  · Answer questions about products, cuts of meat, cooking tips, and inventory availability
  · Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately (cash, debit, credit)
  · Restock display cases and retail fridges/freezers with fresh and frozen products
  · Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space, counters, and checkout area
  · Monitor product presentation to ensure displays are appealing and fully stocked
  · Handle customer orders (walk-ins, phone-in, and pre-orders), including packing and labeling
  · Track and report low stock to management to help with reordering and planning
  · Upsell or recommend products based on customer interest (e.g., specials, bundles, new items)
  · Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations in the retail area
