We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their shopping experience is enjoyable and efficient. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, managing transactions, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store.

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual candidates are highly preferred to assist a diverse customer base.
• Previous retail sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Organizational skills to maintain store cleanliness and product displays efficiently.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with cashiering experience.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision while adhering to cashiering protocols.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
• Provide technical sales support for specific products as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
