We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in retail sales environment is required.
• Supervising experience is a plus, showcasing leadership abilities within a team setting.
• Bilingual candidates are highly valued for their ability to communicate with diverse customer bases.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures while providing top-notch customer service.
