QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience within the customer service/retail industry
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Pay will be dependent on experience

This part-time position requires 15-20 hours of availability per week. We are looking for someone to assist with sales and customer service, including answering questions and providing advice on men’s clothing and accessories, while staying up-to-date with fashion trends! This position will require you to:

• Ensure the proper fit of garments
• Answer customer questions
• Mark garments for tailoring
• Press garments
• Maintain an open dialogue with management
• Help other team members
• Help to keep the tailor shop clean and organized
• Make sure that customers are properly sized
• Offer new wardrobe ensemble suggestions
