Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service:
• Greet and engage customers, providing personalized assistance to meet their needs.
• Drive sales by recommending suitable products, upselling, and cross-selling items.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the store’s products, including styles, sizes, features, and benefits.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, particularly in shoes and clothing, to provide style advice and guidance.
• Communicate details of exclusive collections and promotions to customers effectively.
• Store Operations:
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for billing, returns, and exchanges.
• Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and conducting inventory checks.
• Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive and aligned with the brand’s image.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to provide a welcoming environment.
• Sales Reporting and Systems:
• Utilize sales tracking systems to monitor performance and meet sales targets.
• Analyze daily and weekly sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Familiarity with CRM tools to record customer preferences and feedback.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear, clothing, or fashion.
• Proficiency in retail systems, including POS systems, inventory management software, and CRM tools.
• Strong multitasking abilities to handle customer interactions and operational tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Presentable appearance and physical fitness to manage standing, walking, and light lifting tasks during shifts.
• Knowledge and passion for fashion trends, particularly in shoes and clothing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a shoe or fashion retail store.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
