POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and personable Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, customer-focused, and able to work independently while maintaining high service standards. Morning and evening shifts are available.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 19 years or older (legal age for vape product sales in BC)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system (training provided)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required

• Greet customers in a welcoming and professional manner
• Assist customers with product knowledge, recommendations, and inquiries
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Verify customer age according to BC regulations
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays
• Restock shelves and manage inventory as required
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
