Job Summary:
As a Part-Time Sales Associate at GUESS, you will be the face of our iconic brand, providing exceptional customer service while driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will actively contribute to achieving store sales goals, building customer relationships, and representing the GUESS brand values. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:

Welcome and engage customers, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with the latest trends. Ensure every customer leaves the store satisfied with their experience.

• Sales Performance:

Achieve individual and store sales goals by effectively promoting products, add-on items, and GUESS loyalty programs. Drive conversions by actively converting traffic into sales.

• Product Knowledge:

Maintain expert-level knowledge of current GUESS products, promotions, and seasonal collections. Share styling tips and suggest appropriate merchandise to meet customer needs.

• Operations:

Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, returns, and exchanges. Assist in stock replenishment, price markdowns, and maintaining store cleanliness and organisation.

• Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with the store team to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere. Support management with store opening and closing tasks, as well as daily operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage customers and build relationships.
• A passion for fashion and staying updated with the latest trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
