As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by assisting them with their needs, promoting products, and ensuring a well-organized sales floor.

SKILLS

• Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and support.
• Proficient in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers or POS systems.
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
• Ability to effectively sell products by understanding customer needs and preferences.
• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of stock management practices to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
