Caroline Cellars Winery, one of Niagara’s best family-owned and operated wineries, is hiring for Wine Boutique and Tasting Bar Associate/Key Holder - this a part-time position comprising mostly of weekend shifts. As a busy, fast-paced, growing winery, ideal candidates for this position will have experience in the hospitality industry, with wine knowledge being an important asset. Candidates must be available to work weekends and have the flexibility for some evening shifts.

• Assist customers with wine tasting and purchases
• Perform structured tastings for tour groups
• Helping customers with reservations and guiding them to their tasting bar
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Provide exceptional and professional customer service
• Answering phones and scheduling reservations
• Assist with special events
• Stock wine and giftware
• Performing general housekeeping duties
