• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Provide outstanding customer service in a fun, fast-paced boutique environment
• Help clients find the perfect shoes, clothing, and accessories
• Maintain a beautiful and organized sales floor
• Work collaboratively with our team to drive sales and deliver the Lori’s experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain visual standards by keeping the sales floor organized and merchandise attractively displayed
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and receiving new merchandise
• Support store team in daily operations and ensure an excellent shopping experience
