Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide assistance
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and upselling additional products or services
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in technical sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient use of work hours
