We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, providing them with an exceptional shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting products, handling transactions, and maintaining an organized sales floor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change.
• Experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred.
• Previous experience in cashiering or cash handling is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to engage customers through upselling techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems is desirable.
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
