What You’ll Do: As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in the daily operations of our store. Your responsibilities include: Driving Sales: Engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and achieving sales goals. Customer Experience: Creating a welcoming, fun, and professional environment where customers feel inspired. Visual Merchandising: Enhancing the store's appearance by rearranging furniture and adhering to company visual standards to create an inviting atmosphere. Physical Tasks: Assisting with moving and lifting furniture to optimize the store layout. Multitasking: Managing priorities effectively to keep the store running smoothly. What We’re Looking For: We’d love to meet you if you’re passionate about furniture, sales, and customer service! Here’s what it takes to join our team: Experience in Visual Merchandising and Interior Design Professionalism: Follow directions and represent Nadeau with a friendly and professional attitude. Physical Fitness: Comfortable lifting furniture (50+ lbs daily) and enjoys staying active on the job. Experience: 1-2 years of retail or sales experience with basic math skills. Flexibility: Available to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and social media platforms. Bonus points for experience in photographing and styling merchandise for online promotions. Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the store. Requirements Experience & Qualifications: Must be able to follow direction and present yourself in a professional manner Must have own transportation Must be willing and able to lift furniture weighing 50+lbs on average on a daily basis. Must love to lift. 1-2 years of retail and sales experience and basic math skills are required Weekend availability is a must. Flexible schedule is a must.
