NiceSmile is a team of creative professionals started in 2003 by London photographer Steve Mussell. Our mission is to reinvent school and nursery photography, re-birthing it in a fresh, cutting-edge, contemporary style. Alongside our photography work, we’ve launched Illuumin.com, an educational platform helping aspiring photographers turn their passion into a full-time career. Illuumin is rapidly growing, and we’re now looking for a talented individual to join our sales team and help us grow the course community.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Perfect English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales or customer support roles
• Confident communicator with a warm, professional phone manner
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor your pitch accordingly
• Organised and able to follow up consistently
• Photography or creative industry knowledge is a bonus but not essential

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join the team at Illuumin.com. This role involves calling warm inbound leads who have expressed interest in our photography career course but have not yet signed up. Your goal will be to convert interest into course sign-ups through thoughtful conversations, product knowledge, and persuasive communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Calling inbound warm leads provided by our marketing team
• Understanding client needs and presenting the Illumine course effectively
• Tracking follow-ups and keeping lead notes updated
• Hitting conversion and call targets
• Representing the Illuumin brand professionally and enthusiastically
