We have an immediate opening for an Part Time Sales Associate position at Natick Mall (1245 Worcester St, Natick, MA 01760).

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 year in a fast-paced retail management position, or other relevant work experience
• Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred

SKILLS

• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, & Microsoft Office programs)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to react under pressure and use good judgment in ambiguous situations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 8 hours a day
• Bending, rotating, and reaching conducive to a retail environment and to receiving, pricing and stocking merchandise

• Pursues sales growth and strives to meet or exceeds daily, weekly and monthly sales plan and goals
• Maintains and enforces company standards in regards to selling, customer service, merchandising, loss prevention and operational activities
