Job Title: Sales Associate (Part-Time)
Availability: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
We’re looking for a dedicated team member to become part of our little retail family and help us all grow into our full potential. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Extensive retail experience is preferred but passion can be just as valuable if you’re eager to learn
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and full stock
  • Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain a full service atmosphere by ensuring customers understand how to shop in the store
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and staff area
  • Check product to make sure it is organized and clean
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, with a full understanding of the POS system and its functions
  • Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints by reporting to the floor manager
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
  • Stay up-to-date on product features, promotions, and sales events
