Position Requirements for Hire:

• Available to work 24-32 hours per week. One weekend day required, both is desirable. Potential for full time hours during summer for the right candidate.
• Reliability is a must
• Professional attitude
• Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours a day
• Ability to lift 50lbs. multiple times in a row as needed
• Scheduling flexibility when needed
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to drive a company vehicle for deliveries if needed
• Experience in retail/customer service

Expected Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Provide customer service to customers (ie. answering questions, directing customers to products, selling products, answering phone calls)
• Operating cash register as needed
• Stocking shelves and receiving shipments of product
• Cleaning and daily chores throughout the store
• Helping with assembly of items sold in store
• Helping customers with carry out items (this may include items over 50lbs.)
• Ability to count money and make change
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. repeatedly throughout the day

Preferred Experience of/Willingness to Learn:

• Experience with computers and POS systems
• Experience with mixing paints and stains
• Experience with small engines and small engine repair
• Experience with cutting glass/plexiglass
• Experience with screen repair
• Experience in plumbing
• Experience in electrical
• Experience in opening/closing retail business
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repetitively

Pay:
Starting at $16/hr. Pay is negotiable depending on previous experience in the areas listed above. Health insurance packages available to employees working over 30 hours per week after 90 days of employment.
