We are seeking a motivated Sales & Laser Technician OR Nurse to join our team part-time. This role combines hands-on treatments, client relationship management, and sales. Whether you are a certified Laser Technician/Medical Aesthetician or a licensed Nurse with an interest in aesthetics, this opportunity allows you to deliver treatments, engage with clients, and drive sales while being part of a supportive, high-end clinic environment.

POSITION SUMMARY:

In this dual role, you will perform aesthetic treatments while also supporting client engagement, sales growth, and administrative tasks. You will work with our CRM system to track leads, encourage re-bookings, and maintain accurate client records.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Certified Laser Technician/Medical Aesthetician or Licensed Nurse (with aesthetics interest/experience).
  • Proven sales and client relationship skills.
  • Tech-proficient: comfortable using CRM/lead management systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills — professional, approachable, and client-focused.
  • Experience in Med Spa, clinical, or sales-driven environments is an asset.
  • Ability to follow surgeon directives and uphold high treatment standards.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver laser and skincare treatments under surgeon directives with professionalism and care.
  • (For Nurses) Perform additional medical aesthetic procedures within your scope of practice.
  • Conduct consultations, create treatment plans, and recommend packages/products.
  • Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow up with clients, and ensure well-formatted client records.
  • Perform outreach (calls, texts, emails) to encourage rebooking, promote services, and re-engage inactive clients.
  • Support administrative/front-desk duties as needed (scheduling, communications, record-keeping).
  • Maintain clean, sanitized treatment spaces and equipment.
