JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Swatch Sales Lead, you will report to the Store Manager and will assist in all day-to-day operations. Although your focus will be on sales initiatives, you also will coach sales associates to achieve their performance goals while embodying Swatch Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Creativity, Problem-Solving, Humility, Integrity, Building Effective Teams and Relationships.
Starting base pay of $19.85 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
  • Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience working with POS systems.
Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Sales Generation: Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service, coaching the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Ensure comprehensive product knowledge across the team to enhance customer experience and decision-making.
  • Operations: Support store management in daily operational tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. Maintain adherence to inventory control processes, minimizing loss and ensuring accuracy in stock handling and reporting.
  • Visual Merchandising: Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with company directives. Ensure the store presentation is consistently maintained to a high standard, reflecting the brand’s image.
  • Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards and act as a model for company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all operational guidelines and safety regulations.
