ABOUT US:

We are a stylish North Philadelphia event venue that seats up to 90 guests, hosting private parties, community events, and entertainment nights like karaoke. We’re on a mission to grow our calendar with more weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and community gatherings — and we’re looking for a motivated, creative, and results-driven sales and marketing professional to make that happen.
Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)
Pay: $18–$20/hour + 7% commission on new booking revenue

REQUIREMENTS

  • Sales or marketing experience (hospitality/events preferred)
  • Comfortable with networking, cold calling, and client follow-up
  • Social media and online marketing experience
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Flexible to occasionally work evenings or weekends for tours or events

Responsibilities
  • Generate new bookings through outreach, networking, and partnerships
  • Respond to and follow up with all booking inquiries promptly
  • Conduct venue tours for potential clients
  • Build partnerships with event planners, DJs, caterers, photographers, and local businesses
  • Manage and grow our presence on Google, Eventbrite, Peerspace, WeddingWire, and other platforms
  • Create and manage social media posts to promote events and venue packages
  • Develop marketing campaigns and promotions for karaoke nights and private events
  • Track leads, bookings, and revenue
