Job Title: Part Time Optical Sales Assistant
Overview:
Optical Sales Assistant in Designer spectacle and sunglasses store in Nottingham city centre. Stephen Donald Eyewear has specialised in high end eyewear brand for 27 years from Gucci, YSL, Dita, Cartier, Tag, Ray Ban, Oakley and other quality spectacle deigns.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers choose frames, lenses, and other optical products
• Provide guidance on frame selection based on facial features and prescription requirements
• Take accurate measurements for glasses fittings with Zeiss optical equipment
• Process orders for spectacles and inform customers when spectacles are ready
• Perform basic repairs and adjustments on frames
• Maintain inventory of optical products and help choose eyewear ranges with frame reps
• Reception duties, such as making phone calls and logging patient data onto the system

Hours of work are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9.00 to 17.30 with a 30 minute lunch-break.
One year contract

Experience:

• Previous experience working in an optical setting is desirable, but not essential
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
