We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sales Specialist/Health Coach to join our team. This role is key to supporting clients through their weight loss journey by providing education, coaching, and personalized support—while also helping to grow the practice through strong consultative sales.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST HAVE previous experience in sales, nutrition, personal training, health coaching, exercise class instruction, or health and wellness
• Knowledgeable about hormone therapy is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a talent for building rapport
• Familiarity with Google Suites (Drive, Docs, Gmail) and CRM software
• Passion for health and wellness and helping others succeed
• Strong follow-up and lead tracking skills—sales follow-through is a must!
• Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and highly accountable
• Ability to multi-task and manage responsibilities efficiently
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on new tasks as needed

• Conduct initial sales consultations to educate and enroll clients into our program
• Provide personalized health coaching sessions based on our structured program
• Ensure clients stay on track to meet their weight loss and wellness goals
• Track, follow up, and convert incoming leads via phone, web, and in-person
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and health progress
• Handle general administrative duties including scheduling, data entry, filing, and follow-up
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally—both in-person and over the phone
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth, supportive client experience
