SUMMARY
We are seeking a Part Time detail-oriented Scale Operator/ Data Entry Clerk to join our team at All Ontario Recycling Inc. This role is essential for maintaining accurate records and supporting our operations through effective data management. The position is based at our facilities in Port Sydney Ontario.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
· 1-2 years office experience
· Quick Books an asset
· Attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and prioritize
· Must be organized
· Exceptional Customer service skills
· Ability to work weekend coverage (Saturdays)
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
Starting Rate $20.00 per hour

SCALE OPERATOR DUTIES
· Operating Scale equipment
- Customer facing communication and interaction
· Manage cash transactions
· Maintaining accurate record of customer deliveries and payments
· Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
ADMINISTRATIVE/DATA ENTRY DUTIES:
Administrative support staff play a vital role in supporting the team and enabling them to focus on core responsibilities.
· Assist in processing price changes for ferrous and non ferrous material
· Responsible for ensuring Ownership is stamped / photo copy (including VIN number)
· Data entry
· Filing
· Assist Accounting and Garage when required
· Answering incoming calls
· Responding to emails
· Maintaining accurate records and files
