We are currently seeking a cleaning operatives for a school in Cliftonville, Margate. The cleaning hours are 2 hours each per day, Monday-Friday (10 hours each per week). The cleaning times are 3:30-5.30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Cleaning times are 3.30pm - 5.30pm
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred, but not required
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for this position.
