Pet Butler’s National Contact Center is seeking Part-Time Seasonal Contact Center Representative for our busy Spring season. This short-term role (approximately 3 months) is ideal for individuals looking to earn extra income, gain professional experience, and develop sales and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls promoting yard waste removal services and pet care Answer questions, explain service options, and encourage scheduling or upgrades Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote additional services Complete administrative tasks such as data entry and payment processing Schedule Details Shifts are assigned based on your availability and business needs upon hire.
