ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check-ins, reservations, and overall guest satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, maintenance crews, and other team members to create a seamless experience for visitors. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage guest reservations using our cloud-based park management system.
• Assist guests throughout their stay, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Handle payments and transactions with accuracy, following proper cash and credit card handling procedures.
• Answer phone calls promptly and provide helpful information about campground amenities and local attractions.
• Work closely with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized Guest Services area.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Support housekeeping efforts, including stocking supplies and conducting facility inspections.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe experience for all guests and team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
