Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Processing payments via credit card, check, or cash. Assist members with billing inquiries and transactions. Operate and maintain all office equipment and computers. Provide exceptional member experience while interacting with the member. Maintain accurate records and logs of data entered. Ensure all safety procedures and rules are followed. Performs any other duties as assigned. Must be able to appropriately handle confidential information and act within the practices established by the Bluebonnet Red Flag policy. Demonstrate and act in accordance with Bluebonnet's Foundation Values. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to navigate through multiple computer screens and applications with speed and accuracy. Must have the ability to use basic office equipment. Must be dependable and prompt at all times. Effective verbal and written skills. Must possess excellent member service experience and skills, with a desire to serve our members and internal personnel in a positive manner. Must possess the ability to organize, plan and prioritize multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision. Must possess excellent keyboarding, writing and grammar skills for correspondence to the members and internal personnel. Tools and Equipment Used: Office Equipment including computer, printer, copier, fax, etc. Physical Demands: Requires repetitive motion of hands and fingers such as dialing and keyboarding. Work Environment: Typical office environment. Hours are consistent with normal business operations as well as employee and member requirements. Repetitive duties will be required throughout the day.
