SB Construction (Surrey) Ltd is a small, Croydon based company which has specialised in residential refurbishments and renovations etc in central London & Surrey for over 40 years.
We are seeking a part time (1-2 days per week) QS/Estimator to assist in costings preparation for quotes, and valuations etc at the office in Croydon.
The successful candidate, (the role may suit someone semi retired who is happy to work flexibly on an ad-hoc basis) must be experienced, happy to work in a small team and be office based. While the office has very good links from West Croydon, East Croydon and Tram, a driving licence could be advantageous for site visits. There is also parking available at the office.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: £300.00-£400.00 per day
