Description
Provide exceptional service while cleaning and resetting tables and maintaining restaurant cleanliness. Perform front-of-house duties that increase the efficiency and productivity of the front-of-house team for a restaurant, bar, and entertainment destination.   Responsibilities: * Clear and reset tables within three minutes of guest departure. * Communicate with service staff to quickly meet guest needs. Relay feedback and information from guests to service staff. Correct errors or resolve complaints with a friendly, positive attitude. * Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift, keeping all floors free of food, trash, or other obstacles. * Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles. Make sure trash receptacles are clean and odor-free. * Ensure floors are without debris and moisture. Clean all spills immediately. Use floor signs to caution guests and staff. * Keep the booster seats and high chairs clean. Alert leadership about any highchair safety issues. * Adhere to quality expectations and standards, including clean and professional uniforms and personal appearance. * Attend pre-shift meetings before each shift. Perform defined opening/running/closing duties. * Maintain a clean and orderly food service environment during operation and at end of shift, following sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies, focusing on both public areas and back of house. * Report any breakage or damage to equipment or furniture immediately to management. * Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to leadership. Follow and support brand standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Perform other duties as assigned.
