REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment.
• Possession of ProServe certification or willingness to obtain it before starting employment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Knowledge of basic drink recipes and bartending techniques.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Greet and serve customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, delivering food and beverages promptly.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Handle cash and card transactions with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to create a positive and enjoyable work environment.
