The Hilton Garden Inn is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Part-Time Breakfast Server to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional breakfast service to our guests while maintaining Hilton brand standards and creating a welcoming, brighthearted guest experience. POSITION SUMMARY The Breakfast Server is responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and professional food and beverage service during breakfast hours. This role ensures timely service, maintains the dining area's cleanliness, and enhances the overall guest experience in alignment with Hilton and S3 Hospitality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide attentive, friendly, and courteous service to all guests in a breakfast setting - Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast area according to Hilton Garden Inn standards - Ensure food is presented, replenished, and maintained at proper temperature throughout service - Take guest orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately as needed - Prepare and process guest checks and payments accurately when applicable - Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, tables, service stations, and equipment - Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations - Maintain knowledge of menu items, breakfast offerings, and daily specials - Assist with stocking supplies, inventory rotation, and minimizing waste (FIFO) - Work collaboratively with kitchen and front office teams to ensure smooth operations - Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned - Maintain required certifications such as Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness (if applicable) - Deliver a positive and engaging guest experience consistent with Hilton brand culture (Brighthearted Hospitality) - Perform additional duties as assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS - Previous restaurant or hotel service experience preferred - Strong customer service and communication skills - Ability to work early morning shifts - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards - Team-oriented with a positive attitude - Basic math skills for handling payments BENEFITS - Competitive hourly wage - Paid Sick Time Off and Holiday Pay - Hilton Team Member Travel Program – Discounted hotel stays worldwide - Training and career advancement opportunities within Hilton and S3 Hospitality
