Position Overview We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Part-Time Server to join our team. Whether you're an experienced server or just starting out, this role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where customer service and fun go hand-in-hand. Requirements Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and suggest menu items and specials. Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders. Ensure product quality before serving. Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience. Operate POS systems (MICROS) for accurate billing. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas. Assist servers and in-room dining attendants as needed. Handle cash and declare tips per IRS standards. Honor all guest requests with a “Yes is the answer” attitude. Additional Duties Attend orientation and required meetings. Follow all company policies and liquor regulations (TABC certification preferred). Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Report any incidents or hazards to supervisors. Work collaboratively with team members. Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk for extended periods. Lift and carry trays up to 30 lbs. Manual dexterity and ability to bend, reach, and twist frequently. Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with fluctuating temperatures. Smile and engage with guests consistently. Why Join Us?
