JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in food service or as a server is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
  • Familiarity with cashiering procedures and cash handling is beneficial.
  • Basic math skills for processing payments accurately are essential.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and answering any initial questions.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all special requests are noted.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Assist with food preparation as needed, including sanitizing work areas and equipment.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift.
  • Provide excellent guest services by addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food served.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food service.
