JOB SUMMARY

The Fry is one of the most well-known Korean fried chicken restaurant brands in Canada, with 8+ locations across the GTA. We are proud to serve authentic Korean fried chicken and provide a welcoming dining experience. We are currently looking for a dedicated Hall Manager to join our team at the Scarborough branch.

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Minimum 1+ year of management experience in the restaurant industry
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Smart Serve certified
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining attention to detail.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and standards.
