Role Overview
As a Waiter, you will provide excellent customer service, take food and drink orders, and ensure guests have a welcoming and memorable visit. You will work closely with the Head Waiter and kitchen team to maintain smooth operations and uphold service standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
· Present menus, explain specials, and assist with food & beverage choices
· Take accurate orders and liaise with kitchen staff for timely service
· Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously
· Check on guests and ensure their needs are met throughout their visit
· Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
· Handle payments and issue receipts as required
· Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards
· Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
· Previous experience as a Waiter / Server (South Asian cuisine experience a plus)
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
· Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team spirit
· Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
· Health and Safety Level 1 Certificate
· Food and Hygienic Level 1 Certificate
· Flexibility to work Friday nights, weekends, and holidays
