REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of service experience is preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided to those without experience.
• Must be able to commit to work for at least 4 months.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18.5 hours per week (including 1 day on the weekend).
• Have good work ethics, initiative and willingness to learn.
• Warm and cheerful personality.
• Able to communicate well with customers.
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Hourly pay rates: $11 on weekdays & weekends / $14 on public holidays.

In a world of mass-produced confections, we wanted to go back to basics and bake like our mums and grandmothers used to – moist red velvet cupcakes topped with vanilla buttercream, apple pound cake drizzled with caramel, decadent chocolate brownies, warm and fudgey on the inside. • Greet and serve customers.
• Provide high quality of customer service to customers.
• Serve foods and beverages to customers.
• Have full knowledge of the menu to recommend specific items to customers.
• Follow SOP on food & beverage preparation and order system.
• Ensure that work stations are set up before the shift commences.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas.
• Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations.
• Minimise wastage and spoilage of food ingredients.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.
