What You’ll Do: Handle inbound calls quickly and professionally to assist customers and schedule service appointments Make outbound calls to follow up on recalls, ToyotaCare, loyalty rewards, extended warranties, and more Review service history to recommend additional services during appointment setting Stay current on promotions, service specials, recalls, and updates Operate CRM and DMS software confidently and efficiently Develop product knowledge of Toyota vehicles and service offerings Requirements Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills High attention to detail and follow-through Professional phone presence and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume call environment Comfortable using customer service and scheduling software (CRM/DMS) Positive attitude, team player, and a strong work ethic Bilingual is a plus!
