Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage services to our guests, ensuring positive and memorable interactions. Keep guests informed about current and upcoming promotions, enhancing their experience. Help with self-collection take-away services, carefully wrapping and packing food to ensure it reaches customers in perfect condition. Set up tables and service areas according to SOP, strictly adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Attend to customer inquiries and feedback, coordinating with supervisors or managers to assist when needed. Maintain a positive personality, uphold good grooming standards, and provide outstanding customer service. Assist with any additional duties assigned by your supervisor or management, fostering a supportive team environment.
