Responsibilities

Guest service: Welcome guests, take orders, make recommendations, and handle enquiries (in-person & phone).
Order prep: Toast pies, assemble salads, and drinks preparation
Floor support: Run food/drinks, clear & reset tables,
Cashiering: Operate the POS and assist with payments when required.
Back-of-house assist: Wash simple dishes and follow opening/closing checklists.
Standards: Follow hygiene, allergen, and safety procedures; keep work areas clean.
