What You’ll Do: Greet all Milton Martin Toyota customers with a smile and warm attitude Assist customers with service bay process; finding out the reason for their visit, confirm their appointment and giving directions to proper personnel Prep all incoming service vehicles to ensure everything flows properly Work daily in scheduling software Monitor cleanliness of service area, entrance and exit to ensure safe conditions for employees and customers Requirements Always display professionalism, through appearance, body language, behaviors and communication Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer Service experience preferred but not required – if you are a people person, you’ll fit right in!
