Description The Shade & Custom Stain Field Representative supports Dental Crafters by working directly with dental offices to provide in-person shade matching, custom stain support, and chairside documentation for highly esthetic restorative cases. This role is focused heavily on custom stains, shade accuracy, and clinical communication, while serving as a key in-person liaison between Dental Crafters and our clinical partners. Travel to dental offices for chairside custom stain and shade appointments Support clinicians and office teams with: Shade selection and verification Custom stain mapping and documentation High-quality photo capture for esthetic reference Clear case notes and esthetic communication for the lab team Ensure all required photos, shade details, and instructions are complete and returned to the lab Make real time adjustments based on doctor feedback and patient expectations Adhere to HIPPA guidelines whiles working in offices Maintain a calm, professional chair-side presence and represent Dental Crafters with confidence Build strong relationships with doctors, assistants, and team members through excellent service and communication Requirements · Experience in a dental office, dental lab, or related clinical setting preferred · Strong knowledge of restorative dentistry terminology and esthetic workflows preferred · Comfortable working chairside in clinical environments · Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to dental offices · Primarily on the road position (part-time/as scheduled)
