Description
Description Greet customers promptly and professionally at all times. Pick up and deliver customers, parts, paperwork and equipment. Assist department, as needed, with managing the drop-off and pick-up of customers' cars. Wash and vacuum vehicles for delivery. Updating loaner inventory and maintaining loaner appearance. Shop cleaning and organizing. Road testing vehicles in for Service. Deliver parts to department when needed and distributes to appropriate managers and/or technicians. Maintain the professional appearance of the department by ensuring the cleanliness of the department, including, but not limited to, emptying garbage containers, sweeping, mopping, cleaning debris from the lot, etc. Verify that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up, requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry. Participate in training programs that are made available. Maintain and execute compliance guidelines, policies and procedures at all times. Including, but not limited to state and federal laws, health and safety policies, OSHA, Red Flags, Privacy and OFAC. Any other duties deemed necessary by management. Requirements Hours: Monday and Tuesdays: 12 to 5:30pm EXPECTATIONS Ability to demonstrate Miller Auto’s customer service practice and principles Ability to work in a fast pace environment Ability to set priorities and focus on the task at hand Ability to demonstrate Miller Auto’s Mission and Values Ability to follow direction, process and procedures Ability to work as part of a team Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Must be presentable and professional appearing at all times Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record High school diploma or equivalent preferred Good time management skills Dependable
Responsibilities
The Shop Helper/Runner is responsible for greeting customers, delivering parts, and maintaining the cleanliness of the shop. Additional duties include washing vehicles, managing loaner inventory, and assisting with customer car drop-off and pick-up.
