We are currently seeking a creative and highly skilled Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to elevate our brand presence and build an engaged online community.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat) across varied industries or verticals (e.g., retail, education, real estate).
  • Strong content creation background: experience capturing and editing high-quality photo, video, and audio content using both mobile devices and professional tools.
  • Proficient with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or other content-editing platforms.
  • Skilled in creating marketing collateral such as posters, signage, digital displays, loyalty cards, and branded promotional materials that reflect brand identity.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative, adaptable mindset.
  • Experience in real estate marketing is a strong asset.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and curate engaging social media content (graphics, videos, written copy) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and grow our audience.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement, staying on top of relevant trends and conversations.
  • Analyze social performance metrics to optimize future content and strategy.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all digital content and marketing assets.
