Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and organized Part-Time Social Media/Marketing Coordinator to support our brands digital presence and increase our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven ability to engage with audiences, drive customer acquisition, and build a strong online presence.
In this role, you’ll manage and grow our digital presence. You’ll help share how we communicate with our customers, playing an essential role in driving brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Marketing:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with potential customers and drive traffic to our company website.
  • Manage and create content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) ensuring consistent branding across channels.
  • Schedule and manage daily social media posts by creating and curating engaging, high quality content (posts, videos, stories) that resonates with target audiences and encourages interaction.
  • Analyze social media trends, and implement best practices to optimize engagement and outreach.
  • Collaborate with Program Director to develop creative marketing that targets key demographics and drive customer acquisition.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and videos that align with marketing goals.
  • Monitor customer feedback on social platforms and respond to inquiries or concerns.
  • Provide regular updates to the Program Director on social media and marketing efforts highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist Program Director with any duties and responsibilities assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with social media tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines independently
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

    Preferred Experience:

  • 1-2 years in a marketing, social media support role

  • Familiarity with small business environment in a plus

    Compensation:

  • Hourly Pay: ($20-$25 per hour), depending on experience and qualifications

  • This is a part-time, non-exempt position eligible for California paid sick leave
  • Flexible hours with potential for growth
  • In person position
