About the Role: We are looking for a part-time Social Media Specialist to assist our Creative Director and Executive Producer by managing and posting professionally created content across multiple platforms. This is not a content creation role—you will be responsible for posting and managing new content produced by our in-house production team. Responsibilities: Post daily content to platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc. (Content will be provided) Communicate daily with the Creative Director and Executive Producer regarding posting schedules Implement best practices for boosting content and increasing engagement Strategically place content across all platforms for maximum reach Maintain a detailed spreadsheet of release dates, platform info, post links, and ad spending Monitor and clean inboxes daily across all social platforms Respond to comments and messages promptly Manage and boost YouTube content Collaborate with the marketing team on content strategy Prepare quarterly and annual analytics reports. Requirements Qualifications: Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience with paid advertising and boosting content Portfolio and trade references must be available upon request Compensation will be determined based on candidates’ qualifications, portfolio, and trade references
