JOIN OUR AWARD-WINNING BOUTIQUE SPA IN THE HEART OF THE KENT COUNTRYSIDE.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and professional Part-Time Spa Therapist to join our small, friendly, and growing team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the continued success of our award-winning spa, delivering high-quality ESPA treatments in a truly unique countryside setting.
Guests include loyal locals, holidaymakers staying in our self-catered Barn, retreat participants, hen groups, and regular yogis attending weekly classes. The spa is busiest on Fridays and Saturdays, with additional activity during retreats and seasonal events.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality massages, facials, and body treatments using ESPA & Bramley products
• Create a calm, welcoming environment for guests from arrival to departure
• Support the smooth running of the spa, including room setup and guest care
• Primarily a Saturday position, working three out of four Saturdays per month
• One Sunday per month required during retreat weekends
• Additional hours available on Friday afternoons and for holiday/sick cover
• Flexibility is essential, with a willingness to support wider hospitality operations across Green Farm
• You’ll be part of a close-knit team delivering exceptional treatments and guest experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a spa or beauty setting
• Warm, confident, and welcoming personality
• Passion for exceeding guest expectations
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, flexible approach
• Familiarity with ESPA and/or Bramley products and protocols is a plus (training available)
• Additional hours might be available on Fridays and for sick/holiday cover
