EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience in front desk operations is an advantage, along with familiarity in upselling techniques within the spa or hospitality industry.
  • A passion for beauty and wellness, coupled with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Deliver a range of spa treatments, including deep tissue massage and spa treatments tailored to meet individual client needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their preferences, and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries with professionalism.
  • Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience while contributing to the spa’s revenue goals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and communal areas to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction.
